FAQ

Questions People Ask First

The things worth knowing before we talk. If your question isn't here, just ask me on our call.

What am I actually getting?
A business co-pilot. No fluff, no jargon — just fresh perspective, smart strategy, and the clarity you've been craving. Someone to help you step back from the daily grind, analyze your data, spot blind spots you didn't know were there, and build a clear plan forward. Think of it as a strategist in your back pocket: someone to brainstorm with, keep you accountable, offer insight, and give you the confidence that you're moving in the right direction.
What can we talk about — and what can't we?
The short answer: bring it all. I've worked across every area of business, so no topic is off-limits — strategy, operations, marketing, team dynamics, finances. Bring your questions, concerns, or challenges and we'll find clarity together. If something's outside my scope, I'll point you to the right expert so you can act with confidence. The goal is always the same: peace of mind, practical solutions, and clear next steps.
What is the Analytic Report?
I use two independent third-party analytic tools that hook straight into your website data, ads, social media, and email marketing to guide smart, strategic decisions. Each time I deliver your detailed, easy-to-read report, it takes over an hour to prep, analyze, research, and turn into clear insights and next steps.
Am I stuck in the plan I initially pick?
Life is fluid — and so am I. You have a few ways to adjust your plan:
  • Once a quarter, free: update your plan at no cost with at least 20 days' notice before your billing date. (If your plan starts January 1, notify me by January 11 and the change takes effect February 1.)
  • Anytime flexibility: already changed your plan free this quarter? Make more changes whenever you'd like with 20 days' notice and a $30 admin fee.
  • Last-minute needs: adjust up to 10 days before your billing date for a $50 admin fee, which helps cover the prep and calendar time already reserved for you.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Weekly, twice-monthly, and monthly contracts can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. Quarterly meetings require 90 days' notice.
Can I change my meeting times?
Yes — just let me know at least four hours before your meeting is scheduled to start, and I'll do my best to reschedule within my availability.
What if I miss a meeting?
Your time is valuable — and so is mine. I reserve dedicated time and prepare in advance so our meetings are as productive as possible. Without at least four hours' notice, one hour is deducted from your time. If I don't hear from you and I'm waiting on Zoom, I'll message you after 10 minutes and wait another 10 before leaving, with 20 minutes deducted from your allotted time.
What if I go on a long vacation or have an emergency?
If you're away for an extended holiday or life happens, we can move your meeting to the month before, or defer it to the following month (deferred time can be carried for one month). If your schedule is tight, you can also have me use that time to implement or create something for you instead of holding the meeting.
When can I contact you?
You can reach me by email anytime, and I'll respond as soon as I can — questions and ideas come at all hours, and I'd rather you reach out while it's top of mind. For quick questions, I'll reply or send a helpful resource. For bigger ones, I'll acknowledge your message and add it to the agenda for your next meeting. (Depending on your plan, between-meeting access may also include phone and text.)
Will you work with my team and/or vendors?
Happily. I enjoy collaborating with the vendors and team you already work with — joining calls and meetings as a second set of eyes and ears to provide guidance and support, within reason and based on availability.
What if I need extra hands-on help between meetings?
You can add implementation time through hourly or credit packages, or bring in my team to handle tasks for you — website updates, fixes, research, systems, larger projects, and more. We'll always look at what makes the most sense: a quick fix on my end, my team tackling it, or connecting you to the right outside resource. My team's skills span graphic design, web programming, marketing, implementation, copywriting, and beyond. Note that added implementation time is used in the month it's purchased and doesn't roll over, though meeting time can be deferred for one month.
Can you come to my location?
All standard meetings are held over Zoom. I do have add-on packages if you'd like me to travel to you — the price depends on your location.
