About Me
Rachel Boone
The Convergence of Strategies and Mindfulness
Welcome to my world where I transform complex concepts into captivating narratives that business owners can relate to, understand, and implement with confidence. My business is not just a venture; it's a personal creation born out of my creativity, mission on earth, and the deep desire to make a meaningful impact on the world. It is not simply a job; it is an authentic expression of my true self.
At the heart of my client relationships lies an unwavering infectious dynamic force that ignites their spirits, filling them with a renewed sense of purpose and determination. With every interaction, I strive to provide timeless insights and profound understandings, rooted in experience, expertise, and a deep understanding of the intricate workings of businesses. I aim to equip my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of entrepreneurship.
Working closely with business owners for over 20 years, I noticed a recurring trend. Each of them had faced skepticism and discouragement in their lives from someone who doubted their ability to succeed, often suggesting they should "get a real job." Little did these doubters understand that owning a business is not only a "real job" but a full expression of Self in the world. It is a journey that requires immense dedication and courage. It surpasses the constraints of a nine-to-five work week.
To thrive and expand in entrepreneurship, one must be willing to take risks, push boundaries, and maintain a growth mindset beyond conventional working hours. If someone merely desired schedule flexibility, they would have chosen to be a contractor rather than take the leap into business ownership. There's a world of difference between being a contractor and a business owner in terms of mindset and aspirations.
To all the Entrepreneurs out there - you are stronger than you think. You possess a strength that surpasses your own belief. Deep within, you hold the power to bring to life the business you have always envisioned and embark on the adventures that have lingered in your heart. How can I speak with such certainty? Because I have done it myself.
Through our partnership, my clients discover the immense power that resides within them. I challenge them to push beyond their comfort zones, embrace change, be in action, and take courageous leaps toward their dreams.
I invite you to explore the possibilities and join me in this exhilarating adventure. With my motivational and encouraging approach, along with my vast knowledge and seamless strategies, we will unlock your potential and turn your dreams into a reality.

MY JOURNEY
My passions ignited early on when in 1999 I won my first design award and secured my initial design positions and freelance work. By the time I reached the age of 24, I had amassed an impressive ten years of experience, a BFA (Bachelors of Fine Arts) in Graphic Design and a Certificate in Web Programming from UMSL (University of Missouri, St. Louis).
In 2009, my first company TriLeaf Designs was born. What sets me apart from most designers is my hands-on involvement in both print shops, mailing houses, product design studios, and packaging warehouses. This unique experience gave me invaluable insights into optimizing designs specifically for print, mailing, and production purposes.
Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, TriLeaf Designs thrived, evolving into a flourishing agency that collaborated with multiple companies along the way. In 2015, I transformed our physical working environment into a virtual collective fostering talented individuals who share a common purpose. Remarkably, many of my original employees remain cherished friends and colleagues to this day.
In 2016, I encountered a unique situation when three companies approached me simultaneously, seeking my help in finding someone like me to assist them. With such a diverse skill set, I have yet to encounter anyone who matches my versatility and knowledge base. Furthermore, I understood that small companies couldn't afford the level of expertise I possessed.
After much contemplation, I decided to offer my services as a consultant. Initially focusing on marketing and as time went on, I delved into business operations and discovered my true passion for transforming businesses. That is when Rachel Boone Consulting was born.
As the companies I worked with flourished, so did my own growth. In 2018, I obtained my Executive MBA from Wash U (Washington University). I stand as the perfect amalgamation of book smarts and street smarts. If I don't possess an immediate answer to a question, rest assured that I will relentlessly seek it out or connect you with someone who does.
During my time at Wash U, I was exposed to the world of high-level positions like COO (Chief Operations Officer) or CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) in large corporations. I knew from the start that such roles wouldn't fulfill my purpose. My heart beats for small and mid-size businesses where I can make a genuine difference.
When it comes to small business, you are your business, and your business is you. Starting at a very early age, I push myself beyond limits, delving into a journey of self-discovery and immersing myself in endless hours of personal and professional development - over $500,000 worth of development. I have taken the tools I have learned and brought them straight to my clients.
I understand that true success encompasses not only achieving specific milestones but also undergoing personal and professional development. Your business is only as strong as you are, which is why when working with me, we can stay in the lane of solely business, or we can take a full-on approach in all areas of your life. Everything we do will be custom to you, your needs, business, and goals. My commitment is to be the catalyst for growth that makes the difference that you needed to turn your dreams into a reality.

My Companies (You)
It's ingrained in my DNA to make an impact, tap into intuition, recognize the greatness within individuals, foster creativity, and approach challenges with a solution-driven mindset. Being a Consultant is not just a profession for me; it's a calling that resonates deeply. As I delve into self-study, explore different personality types, and uncover the intricacies of my personality profiles, the signs all point to this being my destined path. If you're curious to learn more about me, or crave concrete evidence, simply scroll up to find multiple personality assessments I've shared. It's crucial for you to know that I am "your person" because our journey together will require vulnerability, trust, and an unwavering dedication to growing your business. If I am the right fit for you then together we will achieve greatness.
My Family
My loves . I could write a book sharing everything I want to say. I was married for fourteen years, together for eighteen, to a compassionate man named Keith. I grew up in our marriage and set the foundation for the person that I am today. During our time together, we birthed four beautiful children. Jacoby (2015) is my oldest and he has my heart. He is kind, entrepreneurial, and caring. Wise beyond his years. Rowan (2017) is my spitting image. She is my social butterfly possessing an unwavering determination and knows how to ask for what she wants. Danica (2019) is my spirit and most like me. She is a fusion of athleticism and femininity. She lives in a magical world of creativity and imagination. Finley (2021) came out ready to rule the world! My little explorer runs everywhere knowing exactly what she wants. In 2022, I separated from their Dad. It was a classic case of we had drifted to far apart, I had traumas to heal, and he had opening up to do. In 2024 we were divorced. I am discovering more about my own power as I learn what it is to be a single mom.
Myself
My most precious contributions to the world are the roles I embrace: coach, entrepreneur, mother, wife, daughter, friend, volunteer, and healer. However, my path is far from a leisurely stroll in the park; it demands constant personal growth and evolution. To nurture my development, I have invested over $500,000 in my own personal and professional advancement. In fact, I foresee reaching the milestone of investing one million dollars in myself before I bid farewell. I am incessantly expanding my repertoire of skills and knowledge, using everything I learn about myself and humanity to uplift the individuals and businesses that come into my sphere. One of the most challenging endeavors I undertook was activating my inner light and allowing it to radiate brilliantly. It took time for me to realize that my light can stir up the demons in others, and that's okay. Gradually, I embraced the understanding that I should never diminish my light to spare others from their insecurities. Now, I wholeheartedly let my little (or rather, enormous) light shine.
My Community
Cub Scout Den Leader
I love being a Den Leader. Witnessing the positive impact I have on my son, his friends, their families, and the future of our world is truly fulfilling. Observing the deep bonds forming among my Scouts and hearing stories of their voluntary acts of kindness, like picking up trash during school recess, simply because they want to, warms my soul. When teachers share stories of the Scouts saying, "I'm a Scout; that's just what we do," further validating the values instilled in them. They are pretty awesome little human beings. The icing on the cake is when families complete adventures at home together and they share with me how much fun they had and the connections they created. Being a Scout Mom is undeniably remarkable. As my Scouts prepare to transition to Boy Scouts in 2026, I am excited for the incredible journey that awaits them.
Ozark Trail Adoptor
Sometimes the best days end with the dirtiest clothes. When I relocated to St. Louis I yearned to immerse myself in outdoor activities. That's when I discovered the Ozark Trail Association, and in 2007, I experienced my inaugural outing with them. The leader of the group would often playfully teased me about my knack for being covered in mud, even on the driest days. Those trail weekends became a source of immense joy for me. In due course, I ascended to the role of Crew Leader, guiding teams in the construction of trails. Additionally, I took responsibility for maintaining a 2-mile section of the trail. In 2009, I seized the opportunity to attend Sawyer Training, where I acquired the skills to fell trees deep within the heart of the woods. This knowledge proved invaluable when storms wreaked havoc on the trails. With the arrival of four children in a span of six years, my cherished involvement with the Ozark Trail Association was temporarily put on hold. However, as my little ones transition into Cub Scouts, I eagerly anticipate fulfilling my plans of introducing them to trail building, camping, canoeing, and kayaking. There is an indescribable magic in disconnecting from technology and embracing the absence of cellular service for a while—a chance for the world to slow down and for us to truly connect with nature.
Non-Profit Work
"Spunky" is what they call me. This nickname was lovingly bestowed upon me by the esteemed St. Louis Ambassadors during my tenure as the Chairman of Young Ambassadors. Previously, I served as the President of the 1904 World's Fair Charitable Foundation Under 40 Organization. If you venture to Forest Park in St. Louis, Missouri, and visit the World's Fair Pavilion, a plaque bearing my name will greet you, a testament to the profound impact and tireless efforts of both organizations on the thriving tapestry of St. Louis and its beloved Forest Park. Furthermore, I had the privilege of being the youngest member in the history of the Advisory Board for the US Small Business Institute.

Personal Developent Program Volunteer
The highest calling imaginable is to be a part of building a better world. When I devote myself to volunteer work within the realm of personal development, I not only embark on a journey of expanding my own growth, but I also have the privilege of stepping into the extraordinary universe of another individual, guiding them toward their own expansion. It is in the moments when our attitudes radiate love, when forgiveness flows, and when we mend the wounds of our past to embrace the present, that true miracles unfold. As each person illuminates their own life, the world itself becomes more radiant. Throughout the years, I have dedicated countless hours to various mentoring programs and personal development courses, pouring my time and energy into the invaluable pursuit of transforming the world.
Class Mom - Classes of 2033, 2035, 2037, and 2039
I feared the judgment and unkindness of cliquish "School Moms". I vividly recall my mother experience when we were young. However, my expectations shifted when I participated in a transformative course the year before my son started kindergarten. The program encouraged us to conceive and execute a community project, offering it as a gift to the world. While remarkable non-profits like Habitat for Humanity and the Susan B. Coleman Cancer Foundation emerged from this initiative, my choice took a different path. I decided to create a parent group, aptly named Guardians of 2033, symbolizing the year our children would graduate high school. The online community that blossomed was nothing short of extraordinary, fostering unwavering support amongst its members in myriad ways. It is within this community that I discovered some of my dearest friends, their bonds formed through shared experiences and shared aspirations. Inspired by this profound connection, I subsequently established similar parent groups for each of my children's classes.
